Bugger no potatoes lol

so after letting the sausage cassarole cook most of the day, the time comes too do chips or mash.

this is when i find out my spuds have turned green n yukky, only been open a few days, but hey ho i have instant mash in cupboard as emergancy.

oh wait no i dont someone ate that last time they was here, so think i must have froxen chips or waffels or wedges or anything.

no think again i have nothing lol and no time too go the shop n grab anything, so we had bread n butter with it, i loved it anyway no doubt be farting a gooden later on.

sausage cassarole

10 sausages, (10 today coz the pack had 12 in but couldnt get all 12 in bowl so had sausage butty.)
2 carrots,
1 tin baked beans
1 onion
sausage cassarole powder mix (coz i am lazy today and sent my dad shopping for me and thought he would find that easier then herbs n stock)

brown sausages

bung in pot with everything else, shove in oven low heat slowly cooking all day mmmmmm smells yummy

probably have it with chips or mash dunno what i fancy later on.

some of the cakes i have made this year, not many as i only started again baking in sept for my daughters 1st birthday.

slow cooker

I have managed too persuade the ex to buy me a slow cooker for xmas, its sat in the boot of the car at mo till xmas as i wont use it till then, but i am looking forward too trying out new stuff.

i had a slow cooker before but it was very old n i never had any success with it, everything was just horrible, but i have however done some great slow cooking in the oven, i just dont like leaving it on all day if i am going out.

i am looking for my first slow cooker recipe as we speak, well as i type lol i have loads of ideas but nothing inspiring me.

So what is this about???

this is gonna be my journey through life, where i can share what i am cooking and if i like it, and my troubles with a ASD child in the family.
